Rory brings over 13 years experience both inhouse and agency; designing, leading and delivering Talent Acquisition programmes for companies such as Sky, Just Eat, Lexis Nexis (RELX Group), CGI and Colt Telecoms. Subject matter expert in technical sourcing, talent onboarding and RecTech. Dual role as Co-Founder of Team Cadence, while also Director at a successful tech recruitment agency.
Jack Bainger
Jack has been in the industry for more than a decade, with experience recruiting for some of the biggest tech companies globally as well as scaling start-ups post seed investment. A people leader, passionate about creating a recruitment strategy and experience for growth orientated companies. Dual role as Co-Founder of Team Cadence, while also Founding and scaling a successful tech recruitment agency. Prior experience as European Sales Director running teams in UK, NL and India.
Roland Hoxha
Roland has over 8 year’s experience providing talent solutions to some of the top agile digital companies across the UK, Europe, and the USA. A wealth of experience working with some of the largest organisations in the world and some of the most innovative start-ups. An agile talent acquisition specialist with a major focus on providing a continuous and positive stakeholder and candidate experience.
